I find that this location is perfect for portraits and I have often come here to shoot one model, I feel that this location has ethereal, soft and traditional vibes. However this location tends to be very busy and full of various photographers due to its popularity. The only downside to this is that it’s quite hard to get the perfect shot that you want in a particular location, but this is a perfect opportunity to meet and network various photographers within the industry.

This particular location is perfect for indoor shooting, no matter the weather. As I’ve grown up in London which is known for its miserable weather especially in the autumn and winter months; this has been the perfect spot for portrait shoot/ group shoots with two or three people. I recommend that doing a massive group shoot here would be rather difficult, unless you have contacted Somerset House for permission. I love this location because of its stunning architecture as well as neutral colours which I have found have worked well with many of my projects.

This is another location that perfect for any themed project due to its very neutral tones; what is also great about it is spacious environment that is provide which is perfect for massive group shoots of any size. However the only downside of this is that it is an outside space, placed in a very central part of London; which means the shoot could be affected by weather conditions as well the overcrowding with people, therefore making it hard to get the shots that you want. But I feel that if you choose the time and day correctly, you can produced images of a very successful shoot.

These locations are my go to locations, especially when I was living in South East London, due to the fact that they were so close by and they were stunning and neutral locations that were perfect for portrait shoots.
